Site Safety

Most owners maintain an internal safety department adequate in size to handle their year round operational needs. However, during peak times of construction activity these resources are stretched severely when addressing the influx of contractor personnel. While individual contractors generally act responsibly with respect to the safety of their own work, the co-ordination, compliance monitoring and enforcement of site safety is usually more effective when handled by the owner. Acting as your representative, CMM can provide authorized OSHA General Industry and Construction Outreach Trainers as site safety personnel to fill this need. Our key safety individuals are building trades union members, bringing a unique perspective and credibility to their work and an ability to communicate effectively with the construction personnel.
