Project Management

CMM Inc's project management team provides a crucial link between the client and CMM Inc's various engineering and construction services groups. These experienced professionals manage and coordinate all aspects of the project and are ultimately responsible to the client for the projects success.
Project Management Responsibilities:

·         Establish the Project Scope and Budget.

·         Provide Team Leadership for the Project.

·         Coordinate Construction Engineering, Equipment Vendors, Construction Management and Installation Contractors.

·         Prepare Reports for the Client Including: Schedule Updates, Cost Reporting, Contractor Issues, and Note Areas of Concern that could Impact Project Budget or Schedule.

·         Review Overall Project Status.

Scheduling

CMM Inc. has personnel well versed in developing integrated CPM schedules as well as more basic, user-friendly schedules such as bar charts. The type of schedule used is up to our clients’ discretion and normally based on criteria such as project size, duration, number of resources applied and tracking variables. The base schedule is then readily computerized using Primavera, Microsoft Project or the clients own internal program.
