Planning / Scheduling

Maintenance downturns and outages can be the time of greatest exposure and vulnerability to any manufacturing facility. CMM has managed maintenance departments for our clients to insure the optimal effectiveness of every moment of “downturns”. The effort put forth in the proper detailed planning of outages pays off many times over when CMM assists our clients in the optimal the use of time, equipment, manpower and materials.

Estimating

Once a solid detailed plan is developed for maintenance and or maintenance outages, CMM will bring all the involved aspects of the effort together to provide our clients with a detailed estimate of each and all activities. This will provide for a valuable cost benefit analysis of operational and outage maintenance activity and redistribution of resources to realize their optimum utility.
