Planning / Scheduling

CMM Inc. has managed maintenance departments for our clients to insure the optimal effectiveness of every moment of “downturns”. Preventative Maintenance Procedures

CMM Inc. can develop a preventive maintenance program that is tailored to the client's needs. A preventive maintenance program is a schedule of planned maintenance actions and frequencies aimed at preventing costly machinery breakdowns or failures and improving equipment reliability. The preventive maintenance procedure is developed through manufacturers recommended maintenance procedures, interaction with the client’s maintenance department, and on-site inspections while the equipment is in operation and during scheduled downtimes.
