Contractor bid solicitation for planned projects.

OSHA Construction and General Industry Awareness Training and 10 & 30-Hour Safety and Health Certification for all Employees.

Environmental, Health and Safety industrial hygiene exposure monitoring and assessment. (To include but not limited to Asbestos, Lead, PCB, Silica, Dust, Mold and Noise.)

Environmental Site Assessments

CMM can provide the appropriate evaluation of potential liabilities associated with past and present land uses, without intrusive investigations. CMM also performs investigations to determine the character, degree and extent of contamination in soil, ground water, surface water, sediment, building materials and other media, in the context of applicable regulations to provide a technically sound evaluation of the environmental condition of a property.
