Asbestos Services

CMM Inc. can provide your plant or facility with the necessary building/component inspections; air monitoring, air sample analysis, bulk sampling, bulk sample analysis, and microvacuum dust sampling to document exposure assessments and to bring you into compliance with applicable regulations. CMM Inc. develops asbestos abatement designs and specifications, bid solicitation documents, and plans for managing asbestos materials in-place.

The following asbestos services are available through CMM Inc. Environmental Division:

Lead Services

CMM Inc. can provide the appropriately licensed professionals to conduct lead-based paint and coatings inspections, lead-based paint chip sampling, lead-based paint hazard assessments and lead-based paint abatement and control methods design. Our trained professionals can perform air monitoring during abatement activities and procure the appropriate lead-wipe samples. The following lead services are available through CMM Inc. Environmental Site Assessments

CMM Inc. can provide the appropriate evaluation of potential liabilities associated with past and present land uses, without intrusive investigations. CMM Inc. also performs investigations to determine the character, degree and extent of contamination in soil, ground water, surface water, sediment, building materials and other media, in the context of applicable regulations to provide a technically sound evaluation of the environmental condition of a property.
