CMM Environmental and Training
Services offered to:

24 Hour on call response for Asbestos Hazard Identification and Assessment.

Asbestos Air and Bulk Sample Analysis.

Owner Representation and monthly reporting to the EPA/ODOH for Asbestos Abatement and Disposal. (For Blanket Permit Facilities)

Contractor scheduling and oversite to include Environmental air monitoring, safe work practices and Final Clearance of work areas.

EPA/OSHA Compliant Asbestos Demolition / Renovation Surveys and Specifications.

Contractor bid solicitation for planned projects.

OSHA Construction and General Industry Awareness Training and 10 & 30-Hour Safety and Health Certification for all Employees.

Environmental, Health and Safety industrial hygiene exposure monitoring and assessment. (To include but not limited to Asbestos, Lead, PCB, Silica, Dust, Mold and Noise.)

These services are provided to you on an “as needed” basis. There is no mark up for CMM sub-contractor services.

Construction and Maintenance Management, Inc. (CMM) can provide your plant or facility with the necessary building/component inspections, air monitoring, air sample analysis, bulk sampling, bulk sample analysis, and microvacuum dust sampling to establish exposure assessments and help you comply with the regulations. CMM can develop asbestos abatement designs and specifications, bid solicitation documents, and plans for managing asbestos materials in-place.
